Two out of three on UK tour

THE UCT FNB Rugby First XV enjoyed a successful tour of the United Kingdom recently, winning two of their three games during their sojourn.

In their first match, played in London, the side beat Brunell University by 28 points to 12, despite some early-season jitters. In their clash against Cambridge University, the side again proved to be up to the challenge, winning the game by 36 points to 26.

The tour came to a disappointing end though, as UCT went down by 15-22 to Oxford in what was reported to be a very close match.
