Don't forget to diarise UCT's Wellness Week from September 3-6 in the Graduate School of Humanities (GSH) building, which will host a variety of health and fitness-related exhibits and promotions. The Direct AIDS Intervention (DAI) unit will provide free HIV testing. Middle managers, especially, are encouraged to bring along their teams for screening, which is, of course, voluntary and confidential. If you haven't already booked a test slot, e-mail wellness@bremner.uct.ac.za. The DAI team will also welcome walk-ins. If you'd like to bring along the family, Saturday September 6, is the day to do so, from 10h00-13h00. Vitality will also hold wellness talks each day from 13h00 in S2A. Bookings are still open for Body IQ fitness assessments, which can earn you 7500 points (wellness@bremner.uct.ac.za). Discovery has opened up Vitality for a window period of 10 days, so take the opportunity to join.
