The Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) will administer free blood sugar testing for the general public to coincide with World Diabetes Day. Testing will take place on Friday, November 14, from 08h00 to 12h00 and again from 16h00 to 19h00 at the SSISA headquarters in Boundary Road, Newlands. For more information, call (021) 659-5600.

With all the students writing exams or heading for the beach, some of the UCT players will be training really hard this off-season.
