Volleyball update

The UCT men's volleyball team beat Positive Energy, last year's number four team in the league, 25-18, 25-22, 23-25 and 25-19 on Thursday, May 6.

They then went up against UWC, the number two side of 2003, on Saturday, May 8, but fielded with a squad shy of two of its best players, captain Joachim Schuckmann and Libero Mack Dlamini.

UCT wasn't quite up to scratch, losing that contest 17-25, 20-25 and 22-25.
