Graduates Sacha Hendricks - daughter to staffer Deborah Hendricks - and pas de deux partner Euclid Gertse are the only two South African dancers to perform as part of a group of 12 on the Queen Mary 2, the largest cruise liner, on its maiden world cruise in January 2007. Hendricks and Gertse joined the other members of the group - who hail from Russia, Romania and England - on board the QM2 in November. The UCT graduates are former Cape Town City Ballet dancers.
