Outgoing UCT chancellor Graça Machel thanks UCT community for changing her

On Thursday, 12 December, outgoing UCT chancellor Graça Machel presided over her final graduation ceremony. She reflected on what has transformed at the university after her 20 years in office, over two terms as chancellor. In a heartfelt farewell speech, she said she has been changed by UCT, and encouraged the graduates to become humble servants for our nation, our continent and world.
