Dr Tessa Dowling honoured with the Distinguished Teacher Award

Dr Tessa Dowling is a Senior Lecturer in African Languages and Literatures. She holds a PhD in African Languages from the University of Cape Town where she is responsible for, and lectures in, the Xhosa communication major (Xhosa 2nd Language Stream). A recipient of the Distinguished Teacher Award, her electric and fresh style of teaching inspires others, not only to learn but to teach.
