Staff members from all sectors of UCT came together in Memorial Hall on Monday, 19 November 2018 to celebrate excellence at UCT’s first Annual Awards ceremony.
The Vice-Chancellor and members of the Leadership Lekgotla presented Distinguished Teacher Awards and the Alan Pifer Award for research excellence, while more than 100 staff received long service awards and approximately 80 staff where congratulated on their ad hominem promotions.
