Welcome home: Vice-chancellor Dr Max Price hosted a cocktail function on 22 March to welcome new staff members who joined UCT between October 2011 and February this year. The event, initiated by Price shortly after he took the reins at UCT in 2008, is designed to make new members feel at home on campus, and to encourage them to contribute to the life of the institution.
