Sarah Baartman exhibition allows space for discourse

A new exhibition entitled Sarah ‘Saartjie’ Baartman, a call to respond was unveiled at the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) Hiddingh Campus on Thursday, 20 September.

The exhibition focuses on Sarah Baartman and features pieces by, among others, Willie Bester and Diana Ferrus.

It will run at the Ritchie Studio Gallery until 4 October. Entry is free.
