Mid-year graduation ceremony a burst of colour and celebration

The University of Cape Town held a mid-year graduation ceremony on Friday, 12 July 2019, in which 389 students were presented with their qualifications. The winter graduation is one of three graduation seasons at UCT every year. The degrees and diplomas conferred included an honorary doctorate for anti-apartheid activist and Rivonia trialist, Denis Goldberg.
