Dr Christopher Trisos on receiving the UCT College of Fellows Young Researcher Award

Dr Christopher Trisos directs the Climate Risk Lab at the African Climate and Development Initiative which integrates data and methods from environmental and social sciences to help inform rapid, just and equitable responses to the climate crisis.

A coordinating lead author on the Intergovernmental Panel on the Climate Change 6th Assessment Report, he has been recognised for outstanding scholary work and awarded the 2020 College of Fellows Young Researchers Award along with six other researchers.
