In remembrance: Ethan Minnaar

It is with immense sorrow that we write to inform you of the passing of our student, Mr Ethan Minnaar (22). He died in a car accident on Thursday, 19 August 2021.
Mr Minnaar was a final-year Bachelor of Social Science student.
He will be remembered as a vibrant, witty, joyful and genuine individual who had immaculate fashion sense and music taste. He had a smile that would light up the room and his laugh was contagious. He was always there for his friends during their good and bad times. He was a talented young person whose death is devastatingly premature.
Mr Minnaar is survived by his mother and aunt.
His funeral took place on Saturday, 28 August.
We convey our heartfelt condolences to Mr Minnaar’s family – with whom we have been in contact to offer our support – as well as his friends and all who knew him.
