Invitation: The Pitch UCT 9th annual finals

Dear colleagues and students

You are invited to the 9th annual finals of The Pitch UCT – an inspiring event showcasing the top eight student entrepreneurs at the University of Cape Town (UCT). This exciting event will take place on Monday, 7 October 2024 from 17:30 to 20:00.

The event is organised by the Academic Representative Council in the Residence Academic Development Committee, within the Department of Student Affairs. It is hosted in partnership with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and collaborates with partners such as the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, Hasso Plattner d-school Afrika, UCT Careers Service and the UCT Graduate School of Business Solution Space.

This is a great opportunity for networking, learning and celebrating entrepreneurship. Join the session to witness innovative pitches, connect with top leaders in entrepreneurship at the university, and support UCT’s talented students as they present their groundbreaking ideas.

Whether you’re a student or a staff member, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Come and be inspired by the creativity and ambition of our student entrepreneurs.
