New UCT Vice-Chancellor welcomes students back to campus

University of Cape Town (UCT) Vice-Chancellor Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng welcomes students back on the first day of the second semester.

Professor Phakeng, who started her term of office on 1 July 2018, shares how she will work with students to ensure UCT remains a world-class university.
