July graduation 2019

The University of Cape Town honoured almost 400 students during a graduation ceremony that took place on Friday, 12 July 2019. During the ceremony an honorary doctorate DScEng (honoris causa) was awarded to UCT alumnus and anti-apartheid activist Denis Goldberg, who was the speaker.

The University of Cape Town (UCT) presented 389 students with their qualifications during the July graduation ceremony. The degrees and diplomas include UCT alumnus and anti-apartheid activist Denis Goldbergʼs honorary doctorate and 102 doctoral degrees. 12 Jul 2019
