The University of Cape Town’s (UCT) 2023 calendar was full of momentous occasions, among the highlights being the reburial process of the Sutherland nine – a project that took almost seven years to complete. The university also launched its first inaugural UCT Day, a day of fun and games which allowed staff and students to unwind; but also a day of driving fundraising initiatives for students.
