Dr Ryan Nefdt is an interdisciplinary researcher with a primary focuson cognitive science with specialisations in theoretical linguistics and the philosophy of language.
He is a senior lecturer at UCT’s Department of Philosophy he was the second South African to graduate with a Master of Logic from the world-renowned Institute for Logic, Language and Computation at the University of Amsterdam. He is among the seven young researchers recognised for the UCT College of Fellows Young Researcher Award for his outstanding scholary work.
