UCT is made up of far more than just its buildings and campuses. It’s a university of people – the academics, researchers, PASS staff, students, alumni, local community members and other stakeholders that make the institution what it is. From the First-years Braai, where our new students came together on the Green Mile in January to tuck into a good old South African braai, to Chancellor Graça Machel, who officiated at her last graduation in December, these photos capture just some of the flavour of our increasingly diverse community.
