Showcasing excellence at UCT

The ‘Showcase Excellence at UCT’ event showcased excellence, transformation, and sustainability, highlighting the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) as the best university in Africa, placing in the top 1.3% of universities worldwide by the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR).

The event provided invaluable insights into the various programmes offered at UCT. The opportunities presented in TED Talk style, highlighted UCT's dedication to fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

UCT alumni, Sandiso Sifumba and Yonela Mahlakazana were among attendees who experienced a vibrant display of the university’s diverse academic programmes and their social and global outreach.
