In light of recent events on campus, the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) Student Wellness Service (SWS) has made arrangements for individual and group debriefing for students. The unit has also extended their hours of service to offer students the opportunity to access care.
Below is the schedule as arranged at different campuses. For residences SWS will also continue with debriefing after hours as student requests come in and capacity of the Crisis Intervention Service (night nurse) will be included for counselling. In addition to the debriefing sessions all other clinical services at SWS will remain operational.
