Foundation Programme in Design Thinking

The Hasso Plattner School of Design Thinking Africa (d-school Africa) at the University of Cape Town (UCT) is preparing for its highly anticipated Foundation Programme in Design Thinking. Running from 4 March to 25 April 2025, this nine-week program provides students with the opportunity to develop future-ready skills and boost creative confidence. Participants will also learn to master human-centred problem-solving methodologies.
The programme is open to final-year undergraduates, postgraduates, and recent graduates aged 18–35 from South African higher education institutions. With a focus on real-world challenges, participants will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and engage in hands-on projects guided by expert mentors.
