Spirit of graduation on full display at Sarah Baartman Hall

Close to 5 000 students were awarded University of Cape Town (UCT) qualifications during graduation ceremonies held between Saturday, 23 March, and Thursday, 28 March 2024. A rich celebration of family, bonds and hard work was on display as graduates put their best fashion foot forward and received thunderous applause from those in attendance. During the graduation ceremonies, the institution also conferred honorary doctorates on four distinguished individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their respective fields.
