The University of Cape Town's (UCT) Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng, addresses the outgoing Student Representative Council (SRC) as their term of office comes to an end. The SRC has been instrumental in assisting UCT's leadership through the challenging COVID-19 pandemic in responding to the needs of students and has accomplished much through pure dedication and perseverance.
