On 18 July 2024, UCT's Development & Alumni Department (DAD) hosted a compelling conversation on executive leadership, led by four UCT women executives at WomHub.
Naadiya Moosajee, a serial entrepreneur and civil engineer, is the co-founder of WomHub, a boutique incubator fostering female-led innovation in STEM. As a proud UCT alumnus with both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in engineering from the institution, Moosajee emphasised the importance of connecting with alumni and fostering leadership that is inclusive and innovative.
Moosajee's career has been dedicated to breaking barriers and combating unconscious bias, advocating for environments where inclusion leads to collective thriving. Her message underscores the importance of daily efforts to dismantle biases and create equitable opportunities for all.
