Tracey Chambers on social entrepreneurship and female empowerment

Tracey Chambers, founder and CEO of Taking Care of Business, has dedicated over a decade to transforming the lives of unemployed South Africans through innovative micro-enterprise business models. From a Chartered Accountant at Woolworths South Africa to a social entrepreneur passionate about poverty eradication and early learning, Chambers shares her inspiring journey.

A UCT alumnus, she highlights the significance of women supporting each other to navigate professional and personal challenges.

Her story is a testament to the power of female solidarity and the impact of social enterprises in fostering economic independence.
